Depending on the type of waste (municipal waste collected separately or mixed, organic waste separately collected from the source, various sludge types resulted from waste treatment plants, green waste and manure) and in line with the requirements of the customer, an efficient technological solution is adopted, as having the best area-usage-per-time ratio required to obtain adequate flows with minimum operating costs.
Whether one refers to the traditional composting heaps placed in open space or heaps covered with breathable membrane, placed over aerated platforms or complex composting/bio drying cells, the biological process is individually controlled so as to provide a tailored treatment for each material.
If we refer to the solution with a fully automated process, the technology allows to the operator to set up the process parameters in order to adapt various waste categories, seasonal influences – e.g. large amounts of vegetable-based green waste during summer/autumn.
Construction modularity and the interfaces of control software with multi-usability allow the optimum intensive treatment of organic waste within a brief period of time, maximizing processing efficiency while firmly maintaining environmental conditions under control.
Concurrently with composting and bio drying methods odour reducing systems have been developed, as well, totally indispensable to these processes and in compliance with the environmental protection regulations.
A wide range of odour reducing systems has been developed, the bio-filtering technology benefiting from air humidification, as well.
